What we collect:
We primarily collect information about you when you register on our site, or when you subscribe to our newsletter. When you place and order, we may also collect basic information, such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and your industry or discipline.

We do not track IP Addresses and nothing is collected without you providing it, so if you wish to remain anonymous you may also visit our site that way.

How we use your information:
Any of the information we collect from you may be used so that we can provide you better customer service, and better provide the products that are appropriate for our users, subscribers, and followers. We never sell, share, exchange or capitalize on your information. We will never share your information in anyway with any other company without your specific and express written authorization to do so.

We so send periodic emails, at a low frequency, but you always have the option to opt out of our e-mails. Detailed unsubscribe instructions will be included with any mass e-mail or group e-mail. We only reserve the right to send unsolicited e-mails to our established customers if they are related to orders or other information that is specific to that customer.

How we protect personal information:
We do not store any credit card information on site. All credit card information is stored on the servers of the credit card gateways themselves, such as Pay-Pal, Amazon, or Stripe. We never hand write down credit card information for later entry into the Payment Gateway Servers.

We presently do not use cookies
The exception to that would be any cookies used by the Big Commerce shopping cart or by the specific payment gateways used (Amazon Pay, Stripe, or PayPal)

If there is ever an exception to that policy, you will be warned by your computer when a cookie may be used. You can also go to your computer settings and choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, and you can also set your computer settings, or your browser settings to turn off all cookies. For ultimate security, you are welcome to place orders over the phone.

Do we not disclose your information to outside parties.
The exceptions to this are trusted third parties who assist us in processing your orders, such as the payment gateways, shippers such as Fedex, UPS, USPS, and the like. Any such trusted third parties will have privacy policies equal or stricter than our own. And when instructed and required, we can release parts of your information to law enforcement.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any of your information to anyone for profit, revenue generating, or for outside marketing or outside advertising.

We comply with California Online Privacy Protection Act
As part of that act, subscribers and registered users that have offered us personal information may edit their profile information at any time.

We comply wit the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age, and our product line is directed to and intended for people who are 13 years old or older.

Terms and Conditions
By using our site, you agree to and consent to our online privacy policy. We will notify our members subscribers of any changes to our privacy policies so that they can re-assess their agreement with it or to opt-out
