We want to make your Online experience as seamless and easy as coming in to our store and shopping in person. So no stress, we will work hard to make everything work for you.
We strive to meet your expectations!
If you have a warranty problem with a product other than tools, we have a good reputation with our venders and can usually step in and get you a new product right away and we will contact the manufacturer for you, they usually listen to us. Most of the time we can ship you an exchange right away without you having to take the time to wait for an answer from the manufacturer. We don’t want to cause any delay in your project. We will do our best.
Tool warranty issues are a little more complicated. If the tool fails upon arrival, we will take care of that for you right away. If a tool fails after you use it, then you must rely on the manufacturer’s warranty schedule. So far Mirka has been excellent with their speed and quality of service. When we have loaner tools in stock, we can often provide you a loaner tool so that you can keep working while you wait for your tool to be returned. Please just ask. (Deposits are usually required for loaner tools).
If this purchase does not meet your expectations or is not as described or photographed, or even if you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong part – its all OK – please contact us within 30 days from delivery to your shipping address for return authorization and instructions. Returns should be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition, unless otherwise authorized in advance. Tools must be in unused condition to be returned.
To give a full refund for a return, the item must be received in undamaged condition, so please package your returns carefully and purchase appropriate shipping insurance to cover the item in the even of damage during shipping.
